REQUIRED Call Center Executive (Female)
Ensures Calls are answered within predetermined time scales & are within a professional manner.
Obtains Customer information by answering telephone calls & verifying information.
Handles Customer complaints & enquirers.
Builds & maintains long -term customer relationships.
Ensures achieving satisfactory of customers by following up with them through telephone and e-mail.
Compiles customer requirements based on information meetings, calls, direct e-mail responses and other sources.
Responds promptly to customer needs.
Salary Kd.250/-
Skills:
3 to 5 years of experience in similar role.
Ability to ask related questions and diffuse tense situations.
Excellent communication skills.
Should be fluent in both Arabic & English (Spoken)
Age Between 20-35 years.
