A very well-known food and beverage manufacturing company is looking for hands on experienced candidates for the following positions
1. Electrical or Automation Engineer / Supervisor
2. Electrical or Automation Technicians / Control Electricians
3. Mechanical Technicians / Machine Mechanics
4. Refrigeration / Ammonia Technician
5. Forklift Technician / Auto Mechanic / Auto Electrician
6. Store Keeper / Store Technician
7. Domestic Electrician
8. Welder
9. General Maintenance Technicians
1. Electrical or Automation Engineer / Supervisor
Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
Maintenance, troubleshooting knowledge and hands on experience with Food and Beverage production lines and process equipment. Minimum 5 years hands on experience on PLCs programming, VFDs, HMIs, Servo drives, Motors, Low voltage system, etc
Basic mechanical knowledge will be an added advantage.
2. Electrical or Automation Technicians / Control Electricians
Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Mechatronics
Maintenance, troubleshooting knowledge and hands on experience with Food and Beverage production lines and process equipment. Minimum 5 years hands on experience on PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, Servo drives, Motors, Low voltage system, etc
PLC programming knowledge will be an added advantage.
3. Mechanical Technicians / Machine Mechanics
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Machinist / Refrigeration
Maintenance, troubleshooting knowledge and hands on experience with Food and Beverage production lines and process equipment. Minimum 5 years hands on experience on Rotating equipments, Conveyors, Gear motors, Pumps, Compressors, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, etc
Basic electrical knowledge will be an added advantage.
4. Refrigeration / Ammonia Technician
Diploma or ITI in Refrigeration or Mechanical
Maintenance, troubleshooting knowledge and hands on experience with Food and Beverage production lines and process equipment. Minimum 5 years hands on experience on Ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems, industrial chillers, heat exchangers, cooling towers, etc. Knowledge of high pressure, low pressure air compressors and Steam boilers will be an added advantage.
5. Forklift Technician / Auto mechanic / Auto electrician Diploma or ITI in Automobile / Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance, troubleshooting knowledge and hands on experience in Food and Beverage production plants. Minimum 5 years hands on experience on Electrical and Engine forklift trucks, Reach trucks, and or petrol and diesel engine vehicles etc. Knowledge of traction batteries and charging systems will be an added advantage.
6. Store Keeper / Store Technician Engineering Degree / Diploma / ITI Five years experience in Food and Beverage production plant spare parts stores. Knowledge on inventory management systems, proper operation of stores, book keeping, control of engineering spare parts and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Raise materiel requisitions, create item codes, generate reports, mange movements and repair requests, maintain stock, order, reorder, receive, unload, shelve the supplies, check items upon receive, record and report discrepancies, return items, competencies in data entry/analysis & management, skills on common office equipments. Maintain the stores, racks, shelves, related assets and things organized and tidy. Knowledge of WMS systems will be an added advantage.
7. Domestic Electrician Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Instrumentation / Refrigeration Maintenance, troubleshooting knowledge and hands on experience in Food and Beverage production plants. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, install, repair and maintain electrical power and associated systems, lighting, wiring, fans, cabling,etc. Perform general maintenance of MSBs, SMSBs, DBs and other installations. Basic knowledge of controls and network will be an added advantage.
8. Welder Diploma or ITI in Welding Technology Five years experience in Food and Beverage production plant. ARC & TIG Welding, welding machinery and systems experience, repair, alter, fabricate as needed, hands on experience with all fabrication tools, fabricate and weld small and large components, maintain all machinery and tools, weld components in all positions, assess welded surfaces and components to identify errors, handle oxygen-acetylene, argon, nitrogen, etc. Follow and enforce safety standards and regulations.
9. General Maintenance Technicians – Carpenter, Painter, Mason, Metal work ITI / Trade certificate in Civil / Mechanical / Refrigeration / Electrical / Automobile Five years experience in Food and Beverage production plant. Carpenter / Painter / Mason Perform satisfactory completion of planned and corrective maintenance works , civil, metal, carpentry, tiling, masonry, painting, moving, etc as required. Execute the works quietly and quickly with out disturbing other systems, prepare the list of materials needed for repairs or maintenance, control the working environment while working. Secure all necessary approvals before and after the job, Follow and enforce safety standards and regulations.
