Description

We, AMCO General Contracting Co, looking for dynamic individuals to join our company for the above position.
Required experience:
- Assess maintenance and repair needs on all mechanical systems and equipment and perform light maintenance tasks for heavier maintenance work and repair jobs, building supervisor is to contact SCM to hire appropriate contractors.
- Inspect the general condition of the building and surrounding property for cleanliness, overall appeal, and potential problems.
- Evaluate and supervise building staff, assign work tasks cleaners, tea boys and etc
- Coordinate professionals coming to the building and grounds, such as code inspectors, vendors making deliveries, and contractors performing work on the property.
- Manage community areas within the building property and prepare them for scheduled events and meetings.
- Enforce building security and safety policies and train staff members on proper policy protocols.
- Maintain the documentation of the preventive maintenance reports and schedule of the maintenance
- Coordinate with EHS team to ensure the safety requirements are met at workplace during the maintenance works.
- Initiate the purchase requisition required for the business
- Initiate Goods receival in the system upon the completion of works.
- Attend the telephone calls in the reception and coordinate with deliveries coming to the office.
- Maintain the stock of stationery/ pantry items
• Good Communication skills in English
• Knowledge in Arabic
• Valid Kuwait driving license
• Visa status article 18, transferable .(Project visas not entertained)
