Vacancy for Position of IT Support Engineer in a reputed organization
Job Description
• Configuration and implementation of networking/hardware and Software solutions for various customers
• Co-ordinate the deployment of managed networking/hardware devices with customers and external stakeholders
• Processing the queue of managed support tickets and provide L1 Support
• Diagnosing and resolving faults
• Technical consultancy regarding changes to existing products
• Able to identify and make recommendations for improvements to processes
Candidate Profile
• IT Graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting and provisioning of network and hardware components
• Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) or equivalent level of knowledge
• High level of customer service skills and should be a Team worker
• Strong Communication skills and Goal oriented.
• Capable of producing high standards of work in difficult and pressured situations with tight deadlines
• Highly organized and able to work on own initiative to complete the range of tasks as required
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred
