JOB DISCRIPTION
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department.
OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
DAILY AND WEEKLY TASKS
• Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them
accordingly.
• Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new
hire guides.
• Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
• Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions
regularly.
• Handling all employee enquiries & grievances
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and
professionalism.
• Educational qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation.
• Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
