HR Generalist
A reputed and one of the fastest growing company in Kuwait is hiring HR Generalist for its office location in Kuwait City.

Job roles and responsibilities
1.Administer compensation and benefits plans.
2.Assist in development and implementation of HR policies.
3.Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves & compensation and resolve issues that may arise.
4.Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, issuing letters etc.
5.Reporting to immediate line manager and management.
6.Providing feedback on updating or changes required (if any) to HR tools.
7.Performance Evaluation & guidance under line manager supervision.
8.Working closely with different cross-functional teams to coordinate, organize employee related activities.

1.Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent.
2.Strong business acumen, team player, dealing with ambiguity.
3.Good knowledge of HR processes, policy, procedures and benefits as per Kuwait Labor Law.
4.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
5.Strong problem solving skills (critical, strategic and evaluative thinking).
6.Visa 18 transferrable (Ahli) Only.
7.Immediate Joiner preferred.
