A well reputed company in Mina Abdullah is looking for Fleet Safety Officers:
Main job purpose:
*Support HSE inspections, audits and self-assessments, conducting tool-box talks and maintaining their records
*Monitor vehicle and driver compliance to vehicle inspections ensuring owned assets and/or subcontractors are fit and safe to operate according to QHSE policies and procedures.
*Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by everyone
*Report near miss and yard incidents, following standard procedures and policies.
*Supervise and direct drivers and labors on day-to-day activities
*Utilize ERP system (Intelex)
*Give monthly safety trainings to drivers and labors

Qualification:
*Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
NEBOSH IGC certified
*PC literacy, good knowledge in using spreadsheets, word processing and relevant computer applications
Language proficiency in English and Arabic

Experience:
3+ years minimum in a similar job, experience in QC/QA procedures and processes
