Requirements:-
• 2-5 years of VMWare support experiences
• Good Written, verbal, interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and / or unclear situations.
• Proven records of VMWare workspace ONE expertise, “VMWARE DESKTOP & Mobility certification Preferred
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot, optimize and update VMWare environment
• Must have full understanding of VMWare security architectures/environment and able to operate in a critical business operation.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment if needed
