You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.




3 years Experience working with customer support.
Any education degree with relevant course.
Professional in CRM software and tools.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Bilingual in Arabic and English.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
