Job Title : Materials Engineer (SEK)

Qualification required:

Should hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed University. He shall have a post-qualification experience of minimum Eight (8) years in maintenance services of Energy / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical and other such Utility facilities. He should have hands-on exposure in operation & maintenance and experience in inventory management of Gas Turbines and centrifugal, reciprocating process gas compressor trains and other such process equipment.
Job Description

Should be responsible for the availability of spare parts by ensuring that the Contractor supplied materials and equipment are procured, received, stored, preserved, and handled in accordance with the Company procedures and specifications. He shall work on reconciliation of all materials and equipment for disposal as surplus and or scrap material in support of Contract close-out. He should have previous experience and qualifications (IMDG, COSHH) to deal with all Company’s operational requirements. He shall monitor and audit Contractor’s receiving process to ensure that all overage, shortage or damage (OS & D) are properly documented, followed through, and brought to closure. He shall monitor warehouse inventory by performing physical audits to verify the materials management system quantities are available. Establish close communication and teamwork with other disciplines to ensure the overall successful working condition.
