we are a reputed HVAC Maintenance company and we are looking for a Dispatcher+Coordinator for our office.

Preferred Qualifications:
1- Proficient in Arabic & English (Compulsory both languages)
2- Pleasant & Welcoming attitude
3- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel & Word) for letter drafting & work logging.

The responsibilities include (But not limited to) :
1- Receiving emergency and non-emergency calls.
2- Monitoring driver logs.
3- Keeping records.
4- Addressing problems and,
5- Dispatching appropriate team members.
