Office secretary wanted for Architectural firm, the eligibility requirements includes the following;-

- At least 5 years experience in similar position.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Excellent English speaking skills including reading and writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Working under pressure & fast paced environment.
- With valid transferable visa.

The day-to-day job activities are;-

- Working directly as personal assistant for Kuwaiti General Manager.
- Taking dictation and typing emails.
- Composing letters in MS word for clients.
- Following up with company''s incoming/outgoing emails.
- Any other related work assigned by the manager.
