? should have minimum2-5 year of experience in specialty and mixture gases or industrial gases analysis and production experience.
? Bachelor degree in Engineering, Chemistry or relevant files
? Candidate must be resident in Kuwait

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the gases produced and filled comply with the standards and quality control lab equipment is properly calibrated and each batch of gases is analyzed as per the procedures.
• Responsible for all filled products include medical gases quality control and batch analysis.
• Maintain quality control by regular laboratory equipment update & calibration.
• Conduct non-routine analysis if required by the customer (as per Sales request)
• Conduct quality control tests on products produced from the plant & raw materials.
• Issue certificates to customers on the product purity and impurity levels (as per sales or customer request)
• Prepare Industrial & Medical gas mixtures as per standard & Sales request.
• Participate in the analysis and taking corrective measures in closing customer complaints.
• Visits customer sites and performs tests for the set-up of purging jobs.
• Maintain laboratory instruments to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed. Utilization of Gas Chromatography in mixtures and specialty gases.
• Perform first line checks and inform the maintenance engineer for any maintenance issue.
• Prepare in house new mixture gases as per sales request with superior’s guideline.
• Provide support to Production Head in Genesis OPM/ERP.
• Keep update records of HT cylinders & issue test certificates.
• Responsible housekeeping of workplace.
• Lead by example to observe HSE rules and regulations.
• Identify hazards and employees’ safety concerns, and work with HSE Specialist to resolve them.
• Always comply with company policies and procedures.
