Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer who will be
• Responsible for sales-related business for HVAC products.
• Create new sales and marketing strategies to attract clients, understand their future needs, and recognize additional business potential.
• Generate high-quality sales leads; follow up after the initial meeting.
• Develop, maintain and improve good relationships with customers. Understand the latest technologies and upgrades in the products and services.
• Advice clients with solutions that fits their requirements commercially and technically.
• Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Plan and execute sales activities in order to meet order intake, net sales, and gross margin targets.
• Supervise and organize all proposals, quotations, and submission documents and take responsibility for all quotation's costing and accuracy.
• Co-ordinate with the purchasing/logistics team regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers.
• Implement strategic sales tactics and selling skills to maximize sales hit rate. Follow up with the team and estimate the budget & the Target for the financial year.
• Direct marketing duties including technical presentations for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Sales duties (generating inquiries, HVAC design including Controls, unit distribution, quote, negotiations, and follow-up to hit the Target.
• Identify areas to improve customer satisfaction; communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management. Track, and report current and future sales opportunities on a monthly basis to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of bid documents sent to customers. Supervise and ensure a proper sales-to-project handover of secured orders. Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ Years of experience in the same field.
• Self-driven, and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced Computers skills in MS Office and other software. Strategic and creative thinker who will build innovative solutions to grow and develop new businesses within existing and new areas.
• Ability to provide sales leadership within a virtual, cross-functional team and to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
• The ability to build relationships with clients quickly
