• Scope of Work :
• Experience in installing, managing, and maintaining Windows server 2016/2019 including system performance.
• Experience as a SharePoint administrator for 2010, 2013, 2016 .
• Experience in troubleshoot all related database and connectivity problems related to the operation and performance of the portal.
? Experience in troubleshoot all related MS SQL Server problems such as integration, connectivity, maintenance, and updates.
? Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
? Experience in managing security of the Portal and User authentication.
? Experience in managing in backup and Restoration of the SharePoint portal and SQL Server.
? Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
? Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
? Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
? University Degree in Computer/ Electronics.
? ITIL Foundation Certified.
