Hiring IT Support/ IT Technician In Kuwait

Key Responsibilities


· Good Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX 2012 end-users first level of troubleshooting.
· Configuring new desktops / Laptops, routers, modems, and similar devices.
· Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
· Responding to Printer Issues / Toner changing and maintaining stocks without interrupting Users.
· Users PC windows update/ application update, Hard drive replacement for the Users PC.
· Manage and support LAN and WAN Network devices.
· Installing new Network Points for the users whenever if required. (Cabling and crimping network Points).
· Maintaining IT Assets lists & documentation.
· Coordinate with IT team for preparing the documents as requested for the company.
· User’s & System backup weekly schedule Troubleshooting Network issues with user’s connectivity. (Wireless & Lan) IT spare PC / Desktops / Spare parts maintain properly and keep the place arranged and the devices keep ready if any urgent requirement.
