Description

Assist the Resident Engineer or MEP Lead in performing the contractual duties on site.
Provides resolution for technical engineering problems within the assigned discipline(s); coordinates the application of solutions to ensure progress on site.
Advise the project manager of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress, quality, and the like.
Continually review the contractor's construction schedule during the progress of site works.
Review construction submittals from project inception to close-out.
Review the Contractor's installation method statements.
Review the Contractor's shop drawings against the design [tender] drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to the project manager with appropriate comments/approval.
