A well-reputed family is in search of Indians as shadow Teacher/Pathologists who can help and work with a 4-year-old special needs boy (autistic). Here are some general job requirements that you may want to consider as a shadow teacher:

1) A bachelor's degree in special education, speech-language, or a medical-related field.
2) Experience working with children with special needs, particularly in the areas of speech and language development.
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Patience and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
5) The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other educators, therapists, and family members to support the child's development.
6) Good command of the English language.
7) The candidate should be a female aged between 25-40.
8) Candidate should stay with the family.
