Job Title: QC Supervisor (Mechanical)

Experience: 2+ years in Mechanical field

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced QC Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Mechanical field and have a strong understanding of quality control procedures.

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct quality inspections and tests on incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products
Maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action reports
Develop and implement quality control procedures and ensure they are followed by production personnel
Work with production teams to ensure that products meet or exceed customer requirements
Investigate and identify causes of non-conformance and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with other departments to improve quality control procedures and processes
Manage and train quality control staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in the Mechanical field
Strong understanding of quality control procedures and methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
