Required Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant

• At least 1 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Module
• Strong experience and Functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll , Compensation Modules.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in OTL Module, Payroll Fast Formula
• Understand business requirements and perform gap fit and configure Oracle Fusion cloud
• Experience in business process design, implementation strategy, requirements analysis, functional specification creation, solutioning, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing business solutions.
• Experience in managing roles, data access control.
• Designing and building integrations (Inbound to and Outbound from Oracle SaaS) with third parties
• Hands-on Experience in configuration, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• Knowledge of Functional flow & table structures.
• Hands-on Experience in OTBI , BIP report , HDL, FBDI & HCM Extract.

• Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS with minimum 2-3 year current working experience in Fusion
