IT Project Coordinator
Looking for experienced IT Project coordinator who will be responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking, coordinating, reporting IT projects and services within the IT Department.
The Key responsibilities are:
• Gather, consolidate, reports, and assist development of the project plans and schedules under the guidance of Project Manager and CTO.
• Interact with different departments with their requirements and convey that to IT Team and vice versa.
• Assisting the Project Development Strategy.
• Manage and communicate with various B2B for service-related communications.
• Providing regular updates about the project to the CTO.
• Support customers for the product integration when needed.
• Regularly follow up with end users to ensure that question.
• Assist with third party vendors and service providers in handling routine installation, maintenance and use of their products or services.


Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Understanding in Software development methodologies and procedures.
• Strong command over Microsoft Office Applications
• Professional communicative skill in both English and Arabic.
• Detail oriented and a team player.
• Time managed and result oriented.
• At least 2 years’ experience in working with in the Software development/ information technology/ Software-as-a-service team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex tech solutions in an easy manner.
• Flexible to work in fast-paced and evolving environments.
