We are a growing furniture company seeking a Manager who is able to speak Arabic fluently. As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing sales, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the furniture industry and leadership skills necessary to motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and explore new markets
- Oversee inventory management and replenishment
- Organize and manage delivery logistics
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Recruit, train and manage staff
- Ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate them into the business strategies
- Ensure that all staff are following company procedures and policies

Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic is a must
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a manager in the furniture industry
- Proven experience in sales, customer service and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and motivational qualities
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends if necessary

-Excellent knowledge of related software, including 3D MAX, Photoshop, and After Effects
-Experience with game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine is a plus
-Strong communication and collaboration skills
-Ability to work well under tight deadlines
-Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback
