A well-established IT Company is looking to hire candidates for the following positions at the earliest:
1. E-Commerce Admin/ Executive –
• Candidate must possess 2- to 3 yrs. of similar experience in Kuwait.
• Should be well versed with preparation of Online Order Management & Reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, Sales & Store team to ensure timely delivery of the products.
• Must be willing to work in shifts.
• Should Possess excellent communication skills

2. Purchasing Officer/Executive –
• Proven experience in Kuwait as IT (Both Hardware & Software products) procurement executive for 1 to 3yrs.
• Prepare Purchase Orders for requested items.
• Liaise with other departments and logistics to ensure the workflow is smooth.
• Coordinate and follow-up with suppliers on the orders, pending orders and delivery of items.
• Follow-up with suppliers for the pending invoices for payment.

3. IT Corporate Sales Executives/ Associates -
• The candidate will primarily focus on Customer acquisition & Lead generation.
• Proven experience in Kuwait as IT (Hardware & Software Products) Corporate Sales Executive for 1 to 3yrs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. IT Sales Administrator:
• Preparing Quotations, Reports, Maintain CRM database.
• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedule and communicating relevant information.
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Handling orders by phone, email and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

5. Delivery Drivers:
• Should be able to speak Arabic, English & Hindi
• Must possess Valid Light Driver’s License and should know to drive manual vehicle.
• Must hold visa 18 Transferable and be an immediate joiner.
• Duty Timings: 08:00AM till 06:00PM (Saturday – Thursday)
