Stock Controller / Job description

1. Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse, as well as the sales (operations) and finance departments.

2. Analyzing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.

3. Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).

4. Shipment receiving from Headquarters Korea.

5. Placing and receiving orders from Korea to replenish stocks as needed.

6. Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers including B2B branch and Warehouse, as well as resolving delays.

7. Overseeing stock storage processes, including arrangement boxing, and labeling.

8. Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.

9. Performing regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within management budget.

10. Maintaining and updating daily shipment records, as well as purchases and pricing reports.

11. Stock take inventory from the stores" as one of the job responsibilities

Stock Controller Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.

A minimum of 3 year experience as a stock controller in a similar industry.

Proficiency in inventory management software ex : Axanta, Palms, Sap, ORACAL, Ares, oracle, oodo, smart solution ,In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.

Extensive experience in supply chain data analysis.

Great analytical and problem-solving skills.

Superb negotiation, collaboration, and communication abilities.

Exceptional organizational and time management , Microsoft (Excel), V-look up, Email skills.
