The Customer Service Supervisor provides direction to the Customer Service Division by assigning, directing, and reviewing the work of staff. Duties also include resolving customer complaints and disputes and handling difficult customer enquiries and billing issues.

Tracking customer experiences across all channels, devices, both online and offline.
Maintains the daily schedule to ensure complete coverage for our customer base.
Improving customer service and brand recognition by working with development, production, marketing teams.
Combining marketing objectives with customer experience strategies.
Surveying customers about brand, features and buying experience.
Recognizing the needs of the customer and acting proactively to preserve pleasant interactions.
Delivering prompt and efficient customer service.
Creating reports and evaluating customer feedback on product lines and new releases.
Analyzing support services and fostering improvements.
Tracking technical problems, process documentation, consumer feedback, and complaints.

Qualifications and requirements
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or in a related field preferred.
At least 3 - 5 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written formats.
Motivate and evaluate staff and provide for their training and development.
Develop and implement work standards.
Plan and organize work to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
Analyze and resolve complex customer service problems.
