We are looking for candidate who can handle below works scope

• Responsible for building location for Siemens maintenance topic and all interior and exterior fit out.
• Coordinating with Landlord for building maintenance.
• Preparing comparison sheet and ask for quotation with different vendors.
• Supporting on invoice GRN in alignment with SRE/SCM team.
• Supporting in correspondence with stakeholders of SRE/SCM.
• Regular follow up with vendors for various deliverables.
• Supporting in maintaining the PO list.
• Preparing material requisition SRE and Corporate related topics based on the requirements.
• Request an IOU and close it prior due and maintain the records for every quarter submission.
• Requesting ONE SRM for PO creation and support with other corporate dept for raising shopping cart
• Supervising the day to day activities of Cleaner, Office assistants and security.
• Supporting the requirements for Exe. management office
• Supporting SCM for finding suitable vendor, getting the offers.
• Support for SCM contract preparation, comparison, and follow up for signature.
• Being available for all the Ad hoc request and requirements for the Siemens office.
• Focal point for receiving fax and distributing to BUs.
• Send fax thru email and send to whom it is addressed. (example KOC or KNPC depends)
• Monitoring the stocks for the pantry and stationary items and raising the material requisition.
• Prepare checking list such as; Inspection Checklist, Ladder Inspection list, Safety Walk & Talk on monthly basis.
• Responsible and ensure that SRE Asset are well maintain and maintain tracking and have records.
• Access Card management based on the request from business.
• Ensuring that the meeting room and MTR devices are arranged properly before all the meetings.
