Description

We are looking for candidates for the below position:

- Shift controller.

Responsibilities:

• Control safe startup, normal and shut operations by DCS as per established procedures and manuals.
• Operates and adjusts unit conditions, parameters through Distribution Control System (DCS).
• Handle all unit emergencies and take proper actions accordingly.
• Communicate with all parties for any unit upsets, start up, shutdown and emergency.
• Operates all unit equipment at site safely.
• Responsible for giving instructions to field operators.
• Ensure clean and safe work area.
• Cover the manpower shortage during the shift.
• Report any defects and coordinate with maintenance for rectification.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Follow HSE standards & procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BE / B. tech in Chemical/ Petroleum Engineering or Degree in chemistry with AOCP certification.
• Min. 10 years’ Experience in relevant field
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & writing).
• Based in Kuwait & Transferable residency.
• Can Join Immediately.
