Description

Looking for a experienced skilled Wood CNC Operator for our woodworking company to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and fabricate wood materials according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to determine machining requirements.
• Program and optimize CNC machines to ensure precise and efficient production.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Wood working CNC machine
• Proven experience as a Wood CNC Operator or similar role.
• Proficient in operating and programming CNC machinery, preferably with experience using software such as AutoCAD, ArtCAM, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tooling.
• Familiarity with different wood types, their characteristics, and appropriate machining strategies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of precision.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines.
• English speaking
