Job Description
Facilitating communications within an office, answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling meetings and providing support for other employees in their office. Ensure proper functioning of office equipment. Maintain office supplies. Ensure cleanliness is maintained on the office premise.
Candidate Requirements
Knowledge in MS Office applications. Must have good command over English (Spoken & written), Good communication skills, Multi-tasking, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and Team Player. Freshers can also apply. Candidate residing in Ahmadi area preferred (Mahboula, Fintas, Abu-Halifa, Mangaf, or Fahaheel).
