A reputed company is looking for Business Application Specialist
Job description
Ensure resolution of day-to-day incidents reported by end-users related to business applications, timely and efficiently.
Support of business applications including ERP, CRM, HR, project management, document management and other collaboration and productivity applications.
Manage and administer business applications (creating user account access and security policies, defining workflows, etc.).
Report development using SSRS & PowerBI and Financial Reporting in D365 F&O.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science.
Certifications in ERP/CRM applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM), Microsoft development platforms, etc. are optional but highly preferred.
Minimum Experience
5 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
Technical – X++ coding, Visual Studio.
Experience in configuring, and administering:
Microsoft LCS, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, SSRS, Power BI, Financial Reporter.
Cloud applications and services (Office 365, OneDrive for Business, Teams, etc.).
Experience in using help desk and change management systems and processes.
Troubleshooting skills.
Documentation skills.
