Position: Junior Planning Engineer (1 position open)
Location: Kuwait

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
(The candidate will work under a manager and will receive instruction. Gradually, the degree of responsibility will be increased as the candidate becomes more familiar with the contracting environment.)

Prepares schedules
Prepares progress reports
Prepares invoices
Prepares Scope of Work
Reviews drawings and submittals
Reviews Contracts

Qualifications (Mandatory):
Engineering Degree (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
Minimum 2 years actual construction experience as Site Engineer or equivalent
Excellent proficiency in English
Primavera P6

Requirements (Mandatory)
Resident of Kuwait or under Article 18 Visa
Must be able to start within 3 months (if currently employed in Kuwait to complete notice period)
If hired and current company requires the full notice period, flexibility may be given provided that the candidate shows willingness to familiarize himself with the company environment and work load.
Must be able to work with a multi-cultural environment or with different nationalities

Essential qualifications
Able to operate AutoCAD
Familiar with RMS
Holds a valid driving license and/or with own car (fuel allowance provided)

This job requires visiting construction sites, which may also require climbing, early work times, late work times, or other special circumstances. Please reconsider if your flexibility might be limited.
Paid vacation leave is 30 days per year. However, vacation days or a portion thereof, will only be made available after 9 continuous months of employment. Employees may apply for vacation at any time of the year depending on the accumulated leave days. Leave may also be granted for special circumstances. Work may be performed during leave or vacation.
