Innerworks, a Construction cum logistics firm is looking for an IT Help Desk and Support Technician. Interested candidates who fit in the below profile are requested to apply to


Job type : Full time
Working hours : Not less than 48 per week
Location : Dajeej, Farwaniya. Work may involve visits to other office locations hence driving license is required.
Visa : Transferable visa 18

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
Assist with user onboarding, account management, and access control.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
Document and track all support activities and resolutions.
Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes and enhance system performance.
Conduct user training sessions on IT tools and applications.
Stay up-to-date with technology trends and developments.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting common software and hardware issues.
Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows and macOS.
Basic understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and DNS.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
Degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
