QMATIC ON SITE TECHNICIAN

responsibilities related to, implementing, and maintaining customer QMATIC solutions,Troubleshooting providing technical expertise and support, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

QMATIC PROJECT MANAGER

1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their unique requirements and design tailored solutions.
2. Lead the end-to-end implementation process of Qmatic’s management platform, ensuring smooth integration and customization according to client needs.
3. Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for clients and internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and optimize system performance.
4. Conduct training sessions for clients, enabling them to effectively utilize Qmatic solutions and maximize their benefits.
5. Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and new features to continuously improve our offerings.
6. Act as a subject matter expert on Qmatic’s product suite, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and solution presentations.
8. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their feedback and ensuring their satisfaction with Qmatic’s solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in QMATIC or related fields, with a track record of successful solution implementations.
3. In-depth knowledge of customer experience principles and methodologies.
4. Proficiency in programming languages, database management, and API integration.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
