Salary: 250-300 KD

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cashier to join our team in Kuwait City. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.
Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment in a secure and efficient manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure proper accounting of transactions.
Ensure price accuracy and proper scanning of items.
Assist customers in locating products and offer information about promotions and discounts.
Follow all cash handling procedures and security measures.
Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other staff members.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Perform end-of-day reconciliation and report any discrepancies.
Adhere to Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cashiering or a related role.
Proficiency in Arabic language preferred.
Degree holders in a relevant field are highly preferred.
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills.
