We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our pre-sales efforts, you will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Engagement:
Proactively identify and target potential clients interested in social media marketing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and social media platforms.
Conduct initial needs assessments to understand the unique requirements and challenges of each prospect.
Solution Development:
Collaborate with our social media experts and marketing team to develop customized solutions that align with prospect needs.
Create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our social media services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and opportunities from pre-sales to the sales pipeline.
Provide sales representatives with the necessary insights and materials to effectively close deals.
Attend client meetings, as needed, to address technical questions and concerns.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the social media marketing space.
Analyze competitor strategies and offerings to help refine our own value proposition.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and clients using our CRM system.
Prepare regular reports summarizing pre-sales activities and results for management.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in a pre-sales or business development role, preferably in the social media marketing industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
