Description

We are looking for an experienced Elevation and Interior Design Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing residential and commercial structures in accordance with the specifications provided by the client. You will be expected to create 3D models, elevations, interior design plans, and other related documents in order to present to the client. You must also be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members in order to ensure the design meets the requirements of the project.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop residential and commercial structures according to client

specifications.

• Create 3D models, elevations, interior design plans, and related documents.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Ensure the design meets the requirements of the project.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Stay current on new trends and technologies in the field.

• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in GRC and Private Villa elevation and interior design.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and Designing software.

• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.

• Familiarity with construction and renovation processes.

• Creative and innovative thinking.

• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.

• Kuwait Driving license (Advantage)

• 18 - Transferable Residency

• Arab Nationality
