Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook traditional and modern Indian dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure the high quality and freshness of the ingredients used.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and equipment.
Work with the kitchen team to ensure coordination of work and high productivity.
Contribute to the development and improvement of Indian dishes.
Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in culinary arts or a related field.
Practical experience in preparing and cooking Indian dishes.
Good knowledge of traditional Indian ingredients and dishes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to speak Hindi.
