Key Account Manager:

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to maintain solid relations with the company’s key clients. The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, be able to develop relationships with potential clients and to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Develop and maintain solid relationships with key clients to generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

2) Researching market trends and submits accurate sales forecasts and business plans based on analysis of actual market trends, sales conversions, invoices, etc.

3) Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

4) Prepare, analyze & review the annual sales forecast, demand, and orders with concerned departments.

5) Operate the price schedules & discounts and review the sales activities reports to determine profitability.

Requirements for this position:

1) Proven experience as key account manager/ brand manager/ product manager/ category manager for International brands

2) Proficient in Microsoft Excel

3) Well versed with preparation of Sales and Stock Reports.

4) Strong communication and Interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

5) Understand and communicate internally & externally on supply management related issues and follow up to ensure products availability.
