Location: Avenues Mall, Kuwait

Salary: 230KD to 300KD (Based on Experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week

Transportation: Free transportation provided by the company

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at the Avenues Mall location. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while providing excellent service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the store.
Efficiently handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
Accurately process sales and returns using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain a tidy and organized cashier station.
Provide information about products, prices, and promotions to customers.
Assist customers in locating merchandise within the store.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment when required.
Qualifications:

Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.
Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of Abaya fashion or the willingness to learn is a plus.
