In addition to manufacturing high-quality fire-rated doors, we specialise in various architectural metal works, including Glass Balustrades and Handrails. Our commitment to excellence and innovation has earned us a strong reputation in the market.

We are currently looking for qualified individuals to fill the positions of Production/Industrial Engineer Engineer.


Key responsibilities for the Production/Industrial Engineer:

Oversee and optimise production processes on the shop floor.
Ability to read shop drawings and instruct team members, as well as assist them whenever required.
Ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase productivity.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Train and mentor production staff.


Skills Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering (BEng) with a focus on Production or Industrial Engineering.
4-6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of industrial automation and manufacturing systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Dedication to safety and quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with quality control processes and tools.
