We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Pre-sales and Execution Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our sales and execution teams by actively participating in pre-sales activities, understanding client requirements, and subsequently coordinating the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-sales Activities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, objectives, and budget constraints.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities.
2. Client Communication:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales process, addressing inquiries and providing clarifications.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded throughout the execution phase.
3. Campaign Planning:
• Work closely with the execution team to translate client objectives into detailed digital marketing campaign plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
4. Execution Oversight:
• Monitor and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are implemented effectively and according to the approved plan.
• Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, performance metrics, and optimization recommendations.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Analyze campaign data to measure performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for enhancement.
6. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and understanding their evolving needs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional digital marketing services to existing clients.
7. Stay Informed:
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on both pre-sales and execution (X years).
• Excellent understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• [Optional] Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot) are a plus
