POSITION SUMMARY
The Low Voltage Technician installs, configures, tests, and maintains all Life Safety Systems, Surveillance Cameras, Digital Video Recorders, Access Control Systems, Intercom, termination testing, labeling, Copper and Fiber cabling and patch system, Knowledge in CCTV Design tools, Effectively troubleshoots and repairs faulty equipment or conditions. Responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of all life safety systems’ hardware and software. Responds to dispatched service calls in a timely manner. Reports issues requiring vendor escalation or parts/materials, discussion with client and provide the solution.
