Position: Operations Assistant Manager – Hiring Kuwait only (Local)
Nationality: Any Country
Work: Containers and Heavy Equipment’s
Previous Experiences Required: Oil and Gas, Chemical, Plant, or Industries.
Location: Kuwait City
Salary Company Budget: 500 to 600 KWD
Experience Required: 5 years +
Required: Driving Licenses
Transferable Visa: Article Number 18.

Responsibility to Operations Assistant Manager:
1. Implementing policies and procedures. This includes developing policies, communicating, and training employees on them, monitoring compliance, and continuously improving them.
2. Inventory management: Maintain and organize inventory levels to meet demand and minimize excess.
3. Equipment maintenance: Establish and implement maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
4. Workflow optimization: Analyze and improve equipment utilization and work processes to increase productivity.
5. Health and safety compliance: Develop and enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and provide training.
6. Team management: Oversee and support a team of technicians/operators, ensuring a safe and positive work environment.
7. Cost control: Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize equipment utilization.
8. Supplier relations: Maintain relationships with equipment suppliers, negotiate contracts, and stay updated on industry trends.
9. Technical support: Provide expertise and support for equipment-related issues and troubleshooting.
10. Continuous improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance operations, reduce waste, and implement new technologies.
