Job Summary:
The position requires the ability to work on multiple projects at a time, at both technical and aesthetic levels. Tasks range from conceptualizing building envelope schemes to drafting technical façade construction details. The position requires frequent interaction with clients, contractors, and manufacturers, so impeccable written and spoken communication skills, together with façade design experience, are necessary. Strong CAD skills are also essential.



Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide 2D drafting using AutoCAD software in delivering Shop
Drawing packages for GFRC facade wall projects.
• Assist in the delivery of detailed GFRC facade connections.
• Monitor modeling and maintain direct communications with
Architects, Clients, Engineers, Project Leaders, etc., and
update drawings as required.
• Produce details of the GFRC facade system based on
architectural sketches.
• Coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure
production of deliverables to agreed timelines and within
budget.
• Coordinate with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project-
related issues that could affect the delivery of the project
scope.
• Maintain internal document control of drawings.
• Review and evaluate design deliverables to ensure build-ability
and compliance, liaising with the client's design team and
specialist suppliers.

Skills & Experience:

• Degree or diploma holder in Architectural Engineering or
Building Design.
• Demonstrated experience in GFRC facade detailing & and
drafting.
• Experience in the field of construction.
• Demonstrated experience in providing drafting using AutoCAD
software in delivering shop drawing packages for GFRC facade
projects.
• Fabrication/assembly drawing knowledge.
• Knowledge of 3D design software (Rhino, Sketch-Up, 3D MAX,
VRAY, etc.).
• Ability to conceptualize and design practical solutions.
• Ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal).
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of graphic software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience in fabrication drawing packages and completing 3D
drawings using AutoCAD ideal.
• Knowledge of BIM building software and experience in developing
BIM models and detail drawings are highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Requirements :

• Degree or diploma holder in Architectural Engineering or
Building Design.
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Nationality: Arab
• Valid Kuwait Driving License
• 18 – Transferable Residency
• Able to join Immediately
