We are seeking a Housekeeper Trainer to lead and develop exceptional cleaning services. The Housekeeper Trainer will be responsible for instructing and guiding beginner maids in the principles of deep cleaning, daily cleaning, organization, and efficient housekeeping techniques. The role involves hands-on instruction, and continuous skill development to ensure our team delivers top-notch services to our clients.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for maids, covering deep cleaning, daily cleaning, and organizational skills.
Conduct hands-on training sessions to demonstrate cleaning techniques, proper equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Assess the performance and progress of beginner maids and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with management to update training materials and programs to reflect industry best practices and advancements.
Mentor and coach beginner maids, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in their work.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to optimize training outcomes.
Collaborate with recruitment to identify training needs and tailor programs for newly hired maids.
Stay updated on industry trends, cleaning products, and equipment to ensure training content is current and relevant.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
