Description

Seeking an experienced Lab Manager to lead our Soil, Concrete, and Asphalt Testing Laboratory. You will oversee operations, ensure ISO 17025 compliance, manage a team, and maintain quality standards, including KSE approved practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage lab operations, enforce ISO 17025 standards, and ensure quality control.
2. Supervise and mentor a team of technicians.
3. Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration, ensuring ISO 17025 compliance.
4. Analyze data, prepare reports & recommendations.
5. Maintain a safe, organized lab environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of materials testing lab experience.
3. ISO 17025 accreditation knowledge.
4. Equipment maintenance expertise.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills in English & Arabic Language (Oral & Written)
6. Safety and quality control awareness.
7. Should be KSE approved.
8. Immediate Joiners preferred.
