-Managing the e-commerce platform and ensuring it is updated, secure and user-friendly
-Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, payments, and deliveries.
-Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
-collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and IT teams, to achieve e-commerce goals.
