Description

Responsible for followings but not limited to:

1. Well-versed in the field of Irrigation.
2. Technical Diploma in mechanical having experience in (Pumps , RO System, Pivot, piping system).
3. Designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient irrigation systems.
4. Conducting field assessments to analyze irrigation needs and develop tailored solutions.
5. Monitor irrigation systems on projects while working to ensure adequate, efficient irrigation on site. Communicate damage or improvement needs to Site Engineers.
6. Perform and monitor complete station by station irrigation inspections and create a report with a proposal for resolution.
7. Layouts and install new or renovated irrigation systems.
8. Pulls and fits piping for irrigation systems. Sets sprinkler heads and valve boxes.
9. Tests irrigation systems for proper functioning.
10. Purchases parts required to repair, create, or renovate irrigation systems while maintaining accurate inventory and strict cost controls to ensure job performed within required financial requirements.
11. Communicates crew performance concerns to Enhancement / Irrigation Engineer/ Operation Manager with recommendations for corrective action. Fill out daily paperwork, of, including time sheets.
12. Monitoring and managing irrigation equipment and automation systems.
13. Implementing water-saving techniques and sustainable irrigation practices.
14. Providing technical support and training to our agricultural teams.
15. Staying updated on the latest irrigation technologies and best practices.
