Description

Responsibilities:
Lead and the Team, including Programmers, Security Experts, and Server Administrators.
Ensure seamless coordination with overseas vendors to achieve project goals within specified timeframes and budget constraints.
Demonstrate strong project management skills with a focus on implementing Agile methodologies. Possession of PMP certification is considered an advantage.
Act as a mentor and knowledge-sharing resource for other team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining system specifications, processes, and best practices.
Proficiency in both frontend and backend development, with a strong understanding of programming languages and frameworks.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 5 + years of relevant experience in new agency systems, editorial, and publishing.
Proven leadership experience in managing diverse technical teams.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Strong project management skills, preferably with PMP and Agile certifications.
Proficiency in documentation, ensuring all processes and procedures are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
In-depth knowledge of programming languages for both frontend and backend development.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry developments.
