Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new customer relationships.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for growth.
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and promotional strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience -5 - 10 years

Proven track record of success in equipment and spare parts sales and business development.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business plans.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
